Values for this property are defined by the Humanities and Social Science Electronic Thesaurus (HASSET). HASSET is a multidisciplinary thesaurus developed specifically for and by the UKDA and may be used for non-commercial use providing appropriate acknowledgement is given.

Spatial Indexing Policy

Use as many terms as required to fully describe the collection. There is no limit on the number of related terms used which are under the same broader term. For example, for a collection that covers the following countries in Europe (country terms used are from HASSET):
